In a context where the logistics sector faces increasing environmental and regulatory demands, understanding how sustainability practices translate into concrete results becomes key to competitiveness and responsible management. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of corporate sustainability practices on the environmental performance of companies in the logistics sector of Guayaquil, Ecuador, 2025. A quantitative approach with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, descriptive, correlational and explanatory scope, was applied, using a structured survey with a Likert scale to a non-probabilistic sample of 62 companies. The descriptive results showed high levels of implementation of sustainable practices and environmental performance. Spearman's correlation showed positive and significant associations between both variables. In the linear regression, the global sustainable practices index had a positive and significant impact on environmental performance (β=0.782; p<0.001), explaining 61.2% of its variability. In the multivariate model, the dimensions with the greatest contribution were logistics and sustainable transport (β=0.536; p=0.001) and stakeholder engagement (β=0.343; p=0.036). The findings suggest that the environmental performance of the companies studied in the logistics sector in Guayaquil is strengthened primarily through operational transport or distribution decisions and effective relational governance with key stakeholders.
