The autism spectrum disorder is a neurodevelopmental condition characterized by persistent difficulties in social communication, repetitive patterns of behavior, and atypical sensitivity to sensory stimuli. The research aimed at developing an inclusive playful strategy, using a physical-cognitive approach for the development of postural control in static and dynamic balance in children with ASD during physical education class. The study is framed within a qualitative approach, with descriptive scope, developed through a case study. The descriptive evaluation of the dimensions and indicators was carried out through direct observation, assessment using the checklist, and the Pediatric Balance Scale. The process of validating the proposal was carried out using the focus group technique. With the implementation of inclusive playful activities, the results achieved in both cases are evaluated using indicators of functional autonomy and emerging skill. The regulation of balance and the ability to respond to variable environments were strengthened. The progress made shows that the implementation of an approach that integrates physical and cognitive components favored the comprehensive development of the children, enhancing their motor, cognitive, and socio-emotional skills.
