This research analyzes the contribution of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) to meaningful learning among university students. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, 105 Education students from a public university were surveyed about their perceptions of ICT use and its relationship to learning dimensions. The results indicate acceptance: ICTs are considered important for academic training. The majority rejects negative impacts. Regarding the learning dimensions, a high degree of consensus was observed regarding comprehension, active participation, and functionality. Areas for improvement include improving digital literacy, teacher pedagogical integration, and information validation. The conclusions highlight the transformative role of ICTs in promoting active and contextualized learning, aligned with Ausubel's theory of meaningful learning and SDG 4, although their strategic implementation requires ongoing teacher training.
